DDPY BEGINNER (50 min) - Beginner

The Beginner class highlights the fundamental moves at the heart of every DDP YOGA workout.

You’ll learn about breathing, dynamic resistance and how to raise your heart rate to get into the fat-burning zone while strengthening your muscles, ligaments and tendons.

You'll also learn the modifications to make the workout your own!

We encourage EVERYONE to take this class first if you've never done a DDP YOGA workout before.
